Struggling to Close a Bank of America Short Sale? Try This
When I found this information on Active Rain I just shook my head in wonder.
Their short sale negotiators are notorious about not returning phone calls and generally being non-responsive to agents trying to close short sales.
But… they’ll Tweet you!
In fact, they have a Twitter account: @BofA_Help set up just for this purpose.
Agents report that when they have problems, they can just tweet about it and they’ll get a phone call.
Is that crazy or is that crazy?
